There are several options when it comes time to pay your municipal utility bill.
Automatic Payment:
When you sign up for the Automatic Payment Program, your payment is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date.
Electronic Payment:
Initiated by you through your own bank's bill payment program.
Credit, Debit Card, or E-check (ACH) Payment:
The Cedar Rapids Municipal Utilities now accepts credit card payments. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. At the same site you may also initiate an e-check payment where an amount designated by you is deducted from either a savings or checking account.

When paying in person, please have your payment stub with you to ensure proper credit to your account.
