The following is a current list of bid lettings for projects involving the demolition, construction or rehabilitation of buildings in the City of Cedar Rapids. This list is subject to modification and will be updated regularly.
Plans and project manuals for City lettings are generally available 21 days prior to bid date unless otherwise stated.
Attendance at Pre-Bid Conference is Mandatory. Pre-bid conference attendance is mandatory in order for a Bidder to be considered responsive. Submitted Bids from Bidders who arrive at the pre-bid conference more than five minutes after the pre-bid conference start time, or who do not attend the entire conference, or who did not attend, will be considered non-responsive.
