Application Instructions for a Permit  (YOU MUST INCLUDE THIS APPLICATION WITH ANY OF THE PERMIT GUIDES BELOW WHEN SUBMITTING)

A permit applicant may be required to submit the following information for a complete permit application: a completed permit application, a site diagram, installation plans, MSDS sheets (if applicable), equipment data sheets, and permit application fee. 

The following are guides that will assist you with the permit application process:

Permit Guide for Installation of a Temporary Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank and Associated Piping
A construction permit is required for installation of a temporary LP-gas system.

Permit Guide for the Installation of a Liquefied Petroleum Gas Tank; MAPP Gas; and associated Piping and Dispensers (does not include vehicle fueling, industrial or bulk plants) 
A construction permit is required for installation of or modification to a LP-gas system (includes Propane, Propene, Mapp, Propanol, and other related liquefied gases).

Permit Guide for Aboveground Storage Tank for Motor Vehicle Fuel Dispensing
A construction is permit is required to install, alter, remove, abandon or otherwise dispose of a flammable or combustible liquid tank used for Motor Vehicle Fuel Dispensing.

Permit Guide for the Installation of Underground Storage Tanks for Motor Vehicle Dispensing Outdoors
This guide is for underground tank and/or piping and dispenser installations for motor vehicles including, but not limited to, cars, trucks, tractors, riding lawn mowers, motorcycles and other motorized vehicles.
 
Permit Guide for an Aboveground Tank Installation (non-Motor Vehicle Fuel Dispensing) (To Store or Use a Flammable or Combustible Liquid)
A construction permit is required to install, alter, remove, abandon or otherwise dispose of a flammable or combustible liquid tank.

Permit Guide for Underground Tank Removal and Repair (Underground Storage Tank Removal)
A construction permit is required to install, alter, remove, abandon or otherwise dispose of an above ground flammable or combustible liquid tank.

Permit Guide for Aboveground Storage Tanks for Emergency Generators
A construction permit is require to install, alter, or remove, a Generator Base Tank containing flammable or combustible liquids.

Permit Guide for Paint Booths
A permit is required for application of flammable and combustible finishes in spray booths.

Pyrotechnic Display of Fireworks 
An application is required for the display of fireworks, along with a Special Event application.
